Great question! At West Bridge, all-inclusive really means all-inclusive. All utilities (heating, hydro, central air, water, gas) are included, as well as one parking spot, and a storage locker. It also includes use of all building amenities – fitness center and common room. Additionally it includes in-suite laundry, high-end finishes like granite countertops in your unit, all window coverings, and suite-controlled thermostats.
